The following policies have been established in an attempt to accomplish our goal of providing your pet with consistent quality care.

Hospitialization Policy

We provide hospitialization for those patients who are ill and require surgery, diagnostics, and/or treatment. Please be assured that every effort will be made to make your pet as comfortable as possible.

Fee Policy

Estimates for all services are available and will be provided at the time of treatment. These estimates are updated throughout the course of treatment as services are provided. Deposits are required and are also update frequently during treatment. We offer Care Credit, a payment plan that is available to all clients. At the time of pick-up we do require that your bill must be paid in full.

Vaccination Policy

All dogs and cats boarded at our facility must be current on all vaccinations. Owners should be prepared to offer proof of vaccination history. If the patient is not current at the time of boarding, we will administer boosters upon admittance to the hospital. This policy is enforced to ensure the safety of all pets in our hospital.

Belongings Policy

We respectfully request that personal belongings not be left with pets. This is to maintain sanitation and orderliness.

Parasite Policy

All pets are check for fleas and ticks upon admittance to our facility. If any external parasites are found, the pet will recieve treatment and charges applied to your account accordingly.

Visitation Policy

Please speak to your doctor regarding visitaion of hospitalized patients. Patient visitation depends on the animal’s condition. We encourage visitation during business hours if it is not detrimental to the patient.

Updates Policy

Phone calls concerning the condition of hospitalized patents should be place after 9:00 am. Your doctor or designated tech will call you with an update after the patient has been assessed and treatments administered. If there is an unexpected change of a more critical nature, the doctor in charge will call you immediantly. This allows for a more complete update and enable the staff to provide more efficient care to the patients. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
